CAD Designer (Carlisle, MA facility)
Ideal opportunity for a PCB Designer with knowledge in high technology electronic systems for the space and communications industry. Candidate will be responsible for printed circuit board design, generate fabrication drawings and Gerber files for multilayer PCB designs using IPC and Military Standard design practices. The individual must be proficient with Mentor Graphics PADS 9.4 and ORCAD Schematic capture and have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Position requires the ability to interface with in-house electrical and mechanical engineers, be motivated to work with minimal guidance and meet project time commitments. Experience with digital, analog, and RF designs including Controlled Impedances, Differential Pairs, and Matched Lengths preferred. Experience with High Current PCBís is a plus. Bachelorís degree a plus or an Associateís degree preferred.

Senior RF Design Engineers (Carlisle, MA facility)
Develop a variety of customized receivers and transmitters over a wide range of frequencies (HF to K-band) for space, avionics, and embedded tactical applications. Current applications include versatile multi-band transceivers, wideband receivers, linear power amplifiers, and military communications base stations. The successful candidate would be involved in the entire development process from concept and systems definition through detailed design and test and field deployment. BSEE and 8 years' minimum experience required; MSEE preferred. Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a security clearance.

Embedded Real Time Software Engineers (Carlisle, MA facility)
Experienced and new graduates with project experience welcomed. Responsible for defining software requirements, architecture design, algorithms, software component designs and implementation of embedded microprocessor real time systems for space and tactical sensors and communication systems. Positions require experience with C or C++ language programming and definition, development, and test of embedded software systems. Knowledge of Linux Operating System, communications and signal processing algorithm development, Matlab simulation and modeling are a plus. BSEE or CS required; MS desired. Candidates must be US citizens eligible for a security clearance.

Quality Assurance Engineers (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Candidates must have current ISO, Military and/or Aerospace quality program experience and the capability to communicate, both written and verbally. BS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering including development, production and test of electronic systems. This is a hands-on position requiring the ability to prioritize multiple tasks of various levels of difficulty. There is 5% travel required in this position. Required: U.S. Citizenship for government security clearance; Expertise in the inspection of CCA's to IPC-610, J-STD-001, and/or NASA 8739; BS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA engineering; Proficient in the ability to communicate both written and verbally; Experienced in problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions; Experienced in the review of test and assembly documentation; Attention to detail, and team-oriented; ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge; Expertise in the inspection of mechanical parts; Expertise in the identification of EEE parts. Preferred: Knowledge of Military Specifications for EEE components; Knowledge of NASA Standards and requirements; ASQ certifications; Experience witnessing or monitoring environmental testing; Current or previously held security clearance; ISO9001 and/or AS9100 audit experience; Supplier maintenance experience.

Sr. Software Developer (Alexandria, VA facility)
This is a mid or senior-level position. Candidate will perform software development using Java technologies for distributed web and enterprise applications. Lead software configuration management maintaining development and maintenance software baselines for multiple deliverables; assist mid and junior-level developers with day to day tasks; design, implement, and test functional capabilities based on customer requirements; install and maintain software in production environments; assist on-site customer and other on-site engineers in system problem diagnosis and troubleshooting, collection of problem information, writing discrepancy reports (DRs), and recommending fixes. Candidate will assist with requirements analysis, application design, code development, testing, code maintenance, and documentation. The work to be performed will primarily be done within the Stafford, VA area. Limited travel CONUS/OCONUS may be required. Will be required to have and maintain a TS /SCI clearance with CI polygraph. Required: BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MS degree is desirable; Well-organized, good communication skills both oral and written; strong analytical skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Parts Processing Program Manager (Chelmsford, MA facility)
Responsible for managing and coordinating space systems electronic parts selection, approval, procurement, high reliability screening and destructive physical analysis efforts. Accomplish the planning, scheduling and management of the parts procurement, testing and screening programs based on inputs from the parts engineers and program managers. Provide status and reporting to program management and customers on assigned programs. A working knowledge of high reliability space parts testing and screening specifications and standards, Microsoft Office and hands-on technical management experience required. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with a security clearance or capable of obtaining a clearance.

Material Control Coordinator (Chelmsford, MA facility)
To coordinate the procurement of high reliability electronic parts and materials for space and aerospace systems in support of design, bread boarding, production, and test activities. Generate and maintain procurement plans and track parts and materials from purchase order inception through receipt, inspection, part screening, kitting, assembly and test. Candidate must possess the ability to communicate and interface effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. Experience with Microsoft Project desired.

Electronic Parts Test Technicians (Chelmsford, MA facility)
To perform electrical performance testing of electronic parts for space systems using both discrete test setups and automatic test equipment. Knowledge of digital, analog and/or RF parts, their test parameters and the associated test methods and fixturing is required. An AS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Test, or equivalent experience required. ATC will train selected degreed individuals.

Parts Screening Technicians (Chelmsford, MA facility)
To perform screening operations on electronic parts for space systems, including parts burn-in, thermal shock, thermal cycling, seal testing, particle impact noise detection testing and constant acceleration. Technician Training or equivalent experience required. ATC will train selected individuals.
