OASIS SB Overview

Assurance Technology Corporation (ATC) was awarded the government-wide One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) Contract from the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). OASIS SB is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services spanning many areas of expertise and mission spaces, and a wide array of professional service disciplines. It allows all contract types, including cost-reimbursement, fixed price, time and material, level of effort and hybrids of the foregoing.

ATC was selected for the OASIS SB award based on its excellent past performance and demonstrated success executing and managing highly complex space, aerospace and ground systems research and development programs for the agencies in the Department of Defense, the National Security Community and for NASA and NOAA. ATC was selected for Pool 4 of the Small Business category for Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering and Life Sciences (NAICS Code 541712) for companies under 500 employees. The scope of the OASIS core disciplines include Program Management Services, Management Consulting Services, Scientific Services, Engineering Services, Logistics Services, Financial Management Services, Ancillary Support Services, and Ancillary Support Services for IT.

ATC provides a diverse range of capabilities and advanced technology solutions to federal government clients in the areas of on-orbit software reprogrammable RF and optical space payloads, space weather instruments and their scientific support, UAS payloads, maritime domain awareness systems, secure mobile communications systems, data processors and controllers, engineering analyses, command and control systems, ground stations, power systems, large aperture RF ground terminal design and development, and development of the algorithms, object oriented software, firmware, test systems and networks related to these systems. ATC also provides management, test services, operational deployment and support, maintenance and logistics support, and the associated documentation.
